IT IS OUR GREAT PLEASURE TO ANNOUNCE

OUR FIRST PARTICIPATION WAS IN MARCH-2021 BLACK VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR

They have multiple events throughout the year which we plan for ongoing participation. Since January we have established a partnership with the BVCF to promote job, education and mentoring opportunities to their community.This partnership is just one of many we are proud to have established such as ALPFA (Latino) and The Honor Foundation (Veterans), NMSDC-National Minority Supplier Development Council (Advocacy) that we are working with as part of the SRS Diversity Program.

Mentorship

Invited clients to become a mentor – 6 registered so far since January.

  • 20 Mentoring Sessions
  • 2 I&D Speaking Engagements

Education

Working with our clients to develop and offer certification classes.

  • 100 people certified
  • Complete 5 BA Black Market counseling sessions

Advocacy

Inviting clients and facilitating collaboration sessions to promote March Black Virtual Career Fair Published “Diversity in Outsourcing” Info Graphic

  • Prepare for Diversity Partner Consortium
  • Participate in future Black Virtual Career Fairs
  • $15k in Financial sponsorship
