Diversity Matters

At SRS we recognize the need to improve diversity in high tech. This is why we have taken the initiative to sponsor and engage with local minority organizations to develop job opportunities, mentoring, and education programs, that promote diversity for lasting change.

Our diversity mission is to give back and make a lasting and positive impact on diversity in the workplace. Although diversity is in the headlines, we believe more can be done to reach out to communities that are under represented to inspire and foster a professional career path in high tech and other industries. One area of improvement we hope to raise the bar is among consulting agencies as represented in our staffing infographic. As part of our diversity program we are working hard to share the resources and missions of our diversity partners with our clients, and channel recruiting to the vast candidate talent pool of our partners to help our clients achieve their diversity goals.

It is our great pleasure to announce Our first participation was in march-2021 black virtual career fair. They have multiple events throughout the year which we plan for ongoing participation. Since January we have established a partnership with the BVCF to promote job, education and mentoring opportunities to their community.This partnership is just one of many we are proud to have established such as ALPFA (Latino) and The Honor Foundation (Veterans), NMSDC-National Minority Supplier Development Council (Advocacy) that we are working with as part of the SRS Diversity Program.
